MANIFESTO: 

 

The Observer is a collection of written observations from contemporary dance performances in the Phoenix Valley.  The intention is to promote dance events in Phoenix, generate a dialogue amongst dance fanatics, and develop a stronger and more supportive contemporary dance community in Phoenix.  The observer is open to curated observations from the public.
